Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to Optiviron products sold by Shaklyravak to consumers in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom where equivalent consumer rules apply. Business purchasers receive the remedies stated in their commercial agreement.

Right of withdrawal

Where the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU grant a fourteen-day withdrawal window for distance sales of goods, you may cancel without giving reasons. The period begins the day you acquire physical possession of the goods. Notify us via help@shaklyravak.world with a clear statement before the deadline.

Hygiene-sensitive goods

If seal integrity is broken on ingestible goods after delivery, withdrawal may be limited when Swedish law permits hygiene exceptions. Contact us before opening if you are uncertain.

Refund processing

Approved refunds use the same payment instrument within fourteen days from receipt of the returned goods or evidence of shipment, whichever is earlier, unless we offer instant store credit with your consent.

Return shipping

Unless the item is defective or misdescribed, you may bear direct return costs when disclosed pre-contract. Keep proof of postage; lost parcels without tracking may delay processing.

Faulty goods

The Consumer Sales Act (1990:932) provides remedies for goods that deviate from the contract. Email photos and batch codes so we can coordinate replacement or price reduction.

Data collected for returns

We process your name, address, order reference, bank masking details, and correspondence to execute refunds, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Purposes and retention

Accounting records linked to refunds may be stored up to seven years. Customer service transcripts typically expire after twenty-four months.

Your rights

GDPR rights apply to return-related data. If you disagree with an outcome, Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) offers mediation pathways.

Security

Refund requests are verified against order systems; never share one-time codes or passwords in email.
